The end of the 2009/10 Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) year, 31 March, is rapidly approaching and that means, after this date, FBT returns will soon be due for lodgment.
Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) is a taxation paid by employers on the grossed up taxable value of benefits provided to their employees. The FBT tax year covers the period from 1 April until 31 March.
